So many of our clients have been downloading the new Bentleys app over the past couple of months and experiencing the many benefits of our integrated correspondence systems for themselves. And now with our recent update, there are even more ways the Bentleys Newcastle App can make your life easier.
Some of the key features are:
- My Docs – As the ATO moves paperless, our clients can register as a user of our App and securely receive correspondence. Once registration is done, every time we send you an email advising that you have been sent new documents, just log into the App and go to “My Docs” > “History”, and it will be waiting for you — no need to enter any PINs.
You will also be able to:- Refer back to past documents at any time
- Download and forward your documents
- Digitally Sign documents we send for signing
- Messages – Our office can send out ‘Push Notifications’ to anyone that has registered as a User to keep our clients up to date and informed about important dates and events.
- Appointments – Our clients can advise their availability and request an appointment with one of our Team Members.
- Payments – Pay your Bentleys Invoice quickly and easily.
- Forms & Checklists – Easily advise our office of changes to your address, email, phone or bank details – Access our checklists to guide you through what information you need to send us each year.
- Tools – Get quick access to our survey tools so we can keep getting better at what we do with your feedback and use the Info Video Channels to keep up to date with a wide range of applications and tools that make doing your accounting work easier.
- Access our Latest News and Video items – To keep you up to date with our ever-changing tax world.
- Send Files – a new addition to our suite of features, “Send Files”, allows you to securely send up to 250MB worth of files to our office, whether that be tax documents, copies of receipts, letters, etc.
Note: If you need to send files that are over 250MB please advise us via email and we will send you a personalised link that can be used to upload up to 10GB.
Simply download the App from your relevant App store and register as a user to start experiencing its many benefits.
