Reflecting back on last year’s events our office has noted the importance of being able to safely and securely connect with our clients at a distance.
With this in mind, our office has implemented new methods of processing correspondence via our free App and secure Email download links.
As this is a new process we wanted to let you know what you can expect to receive from us (and to assure you that the emails you receive with links are not scam emails).
IMPORTANT: these methods rely on us having your correct contact details on record, please let us know immediately if you have recently changed your mobile number or email address.
Method 1
Our ‘Bentleys Newcastle’ App
Download our App and register as a User to:
- Receive and store correspondence securely for future reference and downloading
- Electronically sign certain documents through the App
- Request appointment times
- Complete quick forms to let us know Change of Details
- View the latest Tax News, Tools, and much more!

Method 2
Sending Correspondence Securely via Email
If you do not wish to download our Bentleys Newcastle App and take advantage of it’s many features you will be sent correspondence securely to your email address.
Emails sent from our new secure sending system will show as coming from:
“Bentleys Newcastle ua.moc.evilsdd@retnec.evilsdd.buh“
Please add this email address to your ‘Safe Sender’ list to ensure our emails don’t go into your ‘Junk’ inbox.

Method 3
Sending Hard Copy Correspondence via Australia Post
You are still able to receive correspondence by Post if that is your preference, this will be sent out as a hard copy using Australia Post as our carrier.
Please let us know if you would prefer this Post method and we will note your preference in our system.
